1. I really love the direction that Like Minded Studio was going in for this Great Gatsby concept. I can see how it wasn’t chosen for the movie (although they could’ve pulled it off), but it makes for a great poster or book cover. Check out their full case study.

  10. This year I’m treating my wife to 12 days of Christmas. Starting with today, and ending on Christmas Day, I plan this will be a tradition that we do together every year.  She is going to be sooooo spoiled by the end of this.

  11. Website soft-launch. There is quite a bit still left to be done, but i’ve been on and off working on my website for about a month. A part of that process has involved a deeper self-education of CSS and HTML, which has been a blast to get a hang of, but there is still a ways for me to go with all that.   Notable: The “Available for Freelance” button and the “Work/Edu/Email” icons on the About Page, that was fun to work on. I’ll be updating that availability button as a my workload changes, hopefully it doesn’t foil me if i accidentally leave up the “Unavailable” note… we’ll see.

  14. Website update: I’ve been slowly rebuilding my personal portfolio page as I’ve had time/ideas. I’ve always found it fun to grasp new aspects of web design, albeit rather difficult, i find a sense of accomplishment as I workout problems. Most recently, I added a Dribbble feed to my ‘under construction’ page. Enjoy, and thanks be to this Line 25 article for showing me the magic.
